Help Desk

If you still have a question or issue the best way to get support is to contact the help desk. Normal help desk hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM CST, except for nationally recognized holidays. Email may also be answered outside of normal support hours.

Training

Training is available in person and with online webinars, for both new and established customers, and for individuals or groups. We reserve the right to charge for in person training. We offer training tailored for both providers and administrators, and we can accommodate up to 100 participants per online webinar. For both in person and online training we specific content for providers and administrators.
